Adults with Learning Disabilities

Accommodation for Adults with Learning Disabilities

It’s a big step moving to a new environment with lots of change and unfamiliar faces.

We know how important it is for you or your loved one to feel comfortable and settled in their new surroundings as soon as possible. We also know how important it is to choose the right service that will accommodate all your needs and preferences, to prevent having to go through the process again.

Claremont Care Limited is one of very few providers that offer flexible transitional periods so that you can experience a taste of life here before making the significant decision to move to one of our services.

All of our homes are specially adapted to suit the needs of adults with learning disabilities. Each of the bedrooms within our residential services are neutrally decorated, giving you the opportunity to personalise your space however you choose to.

Each home also has a number of communal areas, giving you the space to socialise with other people living in the home, or a quiet place for alone time.

All of our Learning Disability homes are equipped with an array of experienced staff that are qualified and familiar with the needs and requirements of adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Personalised activity and meal plans will be created with the support from your staff team, ensuring that your stay with us is specifically designed around your likes and dislikes.

There are no visiting restrictions for family and friends within our residential services, although we do ask that people who wish to tour the home book in advance with the Home Manager, so that all service users can be duly informed.

Should you require any further information about any of our Residential Homes, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
